Vegan wedding cake is becoming ever popular choice as veganism and vegetarianism grows in popularity.
Why choose a vegan wedding cake?
There really is no reasons not to go fro a vegan option as vegan cake recipes have improved considerable. Nowadays in most cases, there is no taste or quality difference in a vegan wedding cake. So whether you are a vegan, a vegetarian or just more consciously trying to have a more plant based diet, this could be a wonderful option.
To replace the egg we use a curdle made with apple cider vinegar mixture with plant milk. But this adds no flavour to the cake, it just acts as a binding and bulking agent. Instead of butter we use Flora plant butter, and depending on the cake flavour we might use coconut milk or vegan chocolate.
Flavours
We can do a small range of different flavours at the moment which are vanilla, chocolate, lemon. But if you have another flavour in mind, please let us know and we might be able to accommodate.
