DELIVERY
We offer a convenient cakes delivery service in Dublin.
There are different delivery options which you can choose at checkout according to your location:
COLLECTION 8-8:30 am or 5-6 pm.
DELIVERY D1 – D12, D14, D15, D20, D22, K78 9am – 1pm: €20
DELIVERY D13, D16, D18, D24, A94, A96 9am – 1pm: €25
DELIVERY (Outer Dublin & Border Exceptions): K36 (Malahide), K67 (Swords), and W23 (Maynooth, Celbridge & Leixlip only) (9am–1pm): €30
All of our deliveries are between 9am and 1pm. Unfortunately, we can’t give exact delivery time because it varies based on the traffic, location and how many cakes needs to be delivered.
If you need the cake early morning before our delivery slot then we recommend to order the cake for the day before, and keep it chilled overnight. Buttercream cakes keep very well.
Deliveries Outside Dublin & Wedding Cakes
If your venue is a bit further out or outside of Dublin, we run a dedicated, premium refrigerated delivery service to make sure your custom cake arrives looking absolutely perfect.
Because we use a specialised temperature-controlled truck just for your specific order, these deliveries are priced at €1.50 per kilometre (round trip) from our kitchen in Blanchardstown. This rate covers absolutely everything needed to get it there safely—including the driver’s travel and setup time, motorway tolls, fuel, and specialised transit insurance.
Tip: For smaller or single-tier cakes that travel easily, collection from our kitchen in Blanchardstown (Dublin 15) is always completely free during our standard collection windows!
COLLECTION
We offer a free pick up option from our premises in Dublin 15.
Pick up times are 8-8:30 am or 5-6 pm.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Please ensure correct order date is selected when the order is placed. The order date cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
On delivery or collection, please check the cake and spelling of names (if a message was requested). If there are any errors, please let us know on delivery or on collection, as we can amend small errors, and get the cake back to you as soon as possible.
Please note, as each cake is made by hand by different bakers and cake decorators, there might be small variations in colour, style, shape etc. Making and decorating a cake is artwork, and each person has a slightly unique style.
Our cancellation policy for celebration cake is 97% returned if you contact us 2 weeks before the delivery/collection date. Within 2 weeks, return is 75%. No cancellation accepted within 7 days or less.
For wedding cakes we take a non-refundable fee of €150 to save the date. Full amount is due 2 weeks before the wedding date. No cancellations or changes accepted after 2 weeks.
We are a small business making a modest living. We try to meet our customers requests when life presents special or challenging circumstances, as it may sometimes happen in all of our lives. However, last minute changes and cancellations can create extra stress and confusion. So we try our best, but can’t promise we can accommodate each request.
