Order Your Perfect Birthday Cake Online—Easy as Pie (Well, Easier!)

At Eve’s Cakes, we believe ordering your dream birthday cake should be as simple as clicking a button—no consultations or complicated forms needed.

Our online booking system is super straightforward, so you can surprise your loved ones with a stunning cake with a couple of clicks.

1. Select a cake design from our website. We can do minor changes to each cake – please add a note in the note box which is in the cart.
2. Select cake size. Please see sizing and serving information below.
3. Select your date. We use a drop down calendar which displays all the available dates. We recommend booking 2–3 weeks ahead to avoid disappointment.
4. Select your flavour. We do a range of delicious flavours to suit all occasions and tastes.
5. Add a message on the cake – this is a short message that normally includes the occasion and the name. Such as “Happy Birthday Joe” or name and the age “Joe 7”.

Add your cake to the cart for a convenient checkout. You can pay online with your card.

And yes, we also deliver across Dublin – you can add delivery in the cart.

We know picking the perfect cake size can feel a bit tricky—don’t worry, you’re not alone! Here are some easy tips so everyone gets a slice.

1. Match Your Cake to Your Party Size

If the cake is the star and center stage at your celebration, we recommend ordering enough for everyone to enjoy a generous slice:

• 6×6 “and 8×4.5”: These two options are same amount of cake, just one is skinnier and taller and other flatter and wider. They serve 12-16 slices and though our smallest sizes, they are decent birthday cakes.
• 8×6″: Ideal for bigger gatherings, gives 20-30 servings.
• 9×6″: Perfect for bigger celebrations, extended families, 40-50 servings
• Number cake: Standard number cake serves 24, but we make them in bigger sizes also. See our range of number cakes here.
• Sheet Cakes: Typically serve 40, but we can make them larger if needed

2. Cake as a Treat or on a Budget

Sometimes, the cake is more of a sweet symbol alongside lots of other treats (hello, dessert buffet!). In that case, you might go for a smaller cake and fill out your table with cupcakes, cookies, and other yumminess. This is a great way to treat everyone without breaking the bank.

Top Tip: At Eve’s Cakes, we love a good slice—and we always recommend sharing your cake with your guests (leftovers make an excellent breakfast, too).

Delivery Service Across Dublin

We deliver cakes all over Dublin, with different options to choose from at checkout (in the cart) based on your location—just pick the one that matches your delivery address.

• Collection from our home bakery in Dublin 15:
  by between 4pm and 6pm to pick up your cake. You can find us easily by searching “Eve’s Cakes” on Google Maps.
• Delivery to D1–D12, D14, D15, D20, D22, and K78:
  €15
  Delivered between 9am and 1pm.
• Delivery to D13, D16, D18, D24, A94, and A96:
  €20
  Delivered between 9am and 1pm.
• Delivery to the Greater Dublin Area:
  €25
  Delivered between 9am and 1pm.

Please note: All deliveries are made between 9am and 1pm. We can’t guarantee an exact time, as traffic and the number of deliveries can vary.

Need your cake bright and early?
If you’d like your cake first thing in the morning, we recommend ordering for the day before—our buttercream cakes keep perfectly well overnight in the fridge!

Easy Pickup

Prefer to pick up your cake?

• Pick up is free from our Dublin 15 bakery, between 4pm and 6pm.
• If you need a special pickup time, just let us know before ordering. We’ll do our best to help—please also give us a call the morning of your collection if you’re coming outside regular hours.
