The frosting is the best part of this cupcake, we use cream cheese and mascarpone to make the most delicious, light and slightly tangy frosting to compliment the red velvet cupcake.
We cover the cupcakes in swirls of frosting and dip them in red velvet crumbs for a stunning eye-catching look.
